Yes — pasteurised milk is safe and positively good for you during pregnancy. Only unpasteurised (raw) milk should be avoided.
Why is milk safe in pregnancy?
Pasteurised cow's milk — which is virtually all milk sold in UK shops — is safe and an excellent source of calcium, iodine and protein in pregnancy. The only milk to avoid is unpasteurised (raw) milk, which can carry listeria and other bacteria. UHT and filtered milk are also fine.
You can also check the calorie content of milk alongside its safety information. Also check medication safety during pregnancy if you're managing any conditions.
